Rakuten TV Debuts Nordic Films FAST Channel

Rakuten TV has launched the new FAST channel Nordic Films (Nordiska Filmer), offering a selection of Scandinavian films to viewers in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

The channel features a wide range of genres, from family comedies and dramas to crime thrillers and adventure movies. The lineup of films star actors such as Mads Mikkelsen, Alexander Skarsgård, Joel Kinnaman and Josephine Bornebusch.

More actors featured in the channel’s programming are Cecilia Frode, Malin Crépin, Rolf Lassgård, Michael Nyqvist and Erik “Jerka” Johansson, among others.

Each film on the channel reflects the unique tones and visual storytelling that Nordic cinema is widely known for.
