Pablo Escobar, The Drug Lord Debuting on A&E Mundo

Pablo Escobar, The Drug Lord, produced by Caracol Televisión, is slated to make its premiere on A&E Mundo today, July 12.

The series tells the story of the notorious drug trafficker from his childhood, through his teenage years and the path that led him to become one of the most-wanted criminals of the ’80s and ’90s. It has so far been sold to more than 180 countries.

Ahead of its release on A&E Mundo, Caracol Televisión and A&E brought together the series cast in a virtual event along with the presence of more than 200 journalists. The live event was attended by Andrés Parra (Pablo Escobar), Angie Cepeda (Regina Parejo), Christian Tappan (Gonzalo Gaviria), Cecilia Navia (Patricia Urrea), Juan Carlos Arango (Alias “El Mariachi”) and Nicolás Montero (Luis Carlos Galán).
