Walter Presents has picked up the rights to NTV’s Murderous Fever for its footprint across the U.K., U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The platform will premiere the ten-part Russian drama in 2022. It is based on a true story, exploring one of the most brutal serial killer cases in Soviet history. Walter Iuzzolino, co-founder and curator of Walter Presents, called it a “glossy, high-class Russian thriller…. The addictive storytelling will resonate with audiences globally while offering an incredible insight into untold Russian history.”

Murderous Fever is our strongest new TV show,” added Timur Weinstein, general producer at NTV. “The project has rightfully caught the interest of one of the leading British companies with a distribution network covering Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. What makes this transaction especially valuable is the fact that our show was chosen personally by Walter Iuzzolino, the founder of Walter Presents, who always selects projects for the platform himself.”
