Netflix Unveils Upcoming Thai Slate

Netflix has unveiled a raft of upcoming Thai titles, including Ready, Set, Love, set to release on February 15.

The story follows a parallel universe where, due to an inexplicable pandemic, female newborns vastly outnumber their male counterparts. As men become rarer, they are hailed as national treasures, and women must win their affections in a government-sponsored competition.

More series include The Believers, following three young entrepreneurs, and Doctor Climax, about a doctor who moonlights as a sex columnist. The Believers is set to debut on March 27, while Doctor Climax is slated for sometime in May.

Titles with yet-to-be-revealed premiere dates include Terror Tuesday: Extreme, inspired by a radio program; Master of the House, where a diamond tycoon dies mysteriously; the paranormal Don’t Come Home; and the anthology series Tomorrow and I.

The film Bangkok Breaking: Heaven and Hell is also upcoming. It sees a dedicated rescue worker inadvertently get caught up in the kidnapping plot of a mogul’s tween daughter.
