NBC Renews La Brea for Second Season

NBC has ordered a second season of its hit drama La Brea, from Keshet Studios and Universal Television.

The La Brea pilot originally aired on September 28 and has reached more than 47 million viewers across linear and digital platforms. The series sees a massive sinkhole open in the middle of Los Angeles at the La Brea Tar Pits and Wilshire Boulevard.

Writer David Appelbaum executive produces alongside Peter Traugott (Keshet Studios), Alon Shtruzman (Keshet International), Rachel Kaplan, Steven Lilien, Bryan Wynbrandt and Ken Woodruff.
