More Legends of Tomorrow for The CW

BURBANK: The CW has ordered an additional four episodes of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, which will now have 17 episodes in its second season.

The superhero drama was initially given a 13-episode season-two commission. It was a midseason show in its freshman season, and this time around was part of the fall slate.

That total is less than the network’s other DC series, with Arrow and The Flash set to air 23 episodes this season, and Supergirl set to air 22.
