Inter Medya Lands Bitter Lands Deals, Adds New Series to Catalog

Inter Medya has closed two more deals for the series Bitter Lands at MIP Cancun, in addition to picking up distribution rights for The Ambassador’s Daughter (Sefirin Kızı).

Bitter Lands was licensed by Canal 10 in Uruguay and by Unitel in Bolivia. This follows on a previous sale to Mega in Chile, where it is soon to launch under the title Zuleyha.

Beatriz Cea Okan, VP and head of sales and acquisitions, said: “We licensed our titles to almost all of the territories in Latin America, and I’m sure the series will receive great ratings results and mark a great success in the region. We are proud to present high-quality content from Turkey across the world.”

Additionally, Inter Medya has added to its catalog The Ambassador’s Daughter, produced by O3 Medya. The series is set to premiere on the Turkish channel Star TV soon, starring Engin Akyürek in the lead role as Sancar and Neslihan Atagül, known for her role in Endless Love, as Nare.
