Humans Producer Chris Fry Joins Sister Pictures

LONDON: Chris Fry, a producer on Humans, is joining Jane Featherstone’s Sister Pictures as an executive producer.

The move reunites Fry and Featherstone, who worked together at Kudos. Fry’s credits include working on the final three seasons of Spooks, as well as on Mayday and The Smoke. He is currently executive producing the second season of Humans alongside Derek Wax, Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley.

Featherstone, founder and chief executive of Sister Pictures, said: “I am thrilled to be bringing Chris into the Sister Pictures fold. He is a highly talented and creative executive producer with impeccable credentials and I am chuffed to bits we are going to be collaborating again to make more great drama.”

Fry commented: “I am absolutely thrilled to be reuniting with Jane at Sister Pictures. To work alongside her and the rest of the team at Sister, developing and producing ambitious, bold and distinctive new drama, is extremely exciting. I have absolutely loved my time at Kudos, working with some incredible people on projects I’m enormously proud of, but it feels like the right time for a new challenge so, whilst I’m sad to be leaving such a fabulous company, I’m very excited to get started.”
