France’s M6 Group Picks Up Bad Mothers, Departure

Red Arrow Studios International has landed a deal with M6 Group in France for the drama Bad Mothers and conspiracy thriller Departure.

Departure is centered on the disappearance of Flight 716. It stars Emmy Award winner Archie Panjabi and Academy Award winner Christopher Plummer. Departure is set to air on W9 and 6TER in France.

Produced by Jungle Entertainment and Filthy Productions for Nine Network (Australia) and TVNZ (New Zealand), Bad Mothers follows a group of modern women juggling life’s big issues: love, family, careers, infidelity…and murder. Bad Mothers will air on Téva.

Bo Stehmeier, president of Red Arrow Studios International, said: “We’re delighted M6 has come on board for both Bad Mothers and Departure. With Departure’s fast-paced storyline and top-class cast, and Bad Mother’s amusing exploration of the joys and perils of modern motherhood, we’re confident both series will resonate with audiences in France.”
