Field of Dreams Series Ordered at Peacock

Peacock has given a straight-to-series order for Field of Dreams, based on Universal Pictures’ Academy Award-nominated film.

The series will reimagine the mixture of family, baseball, Iowa and magic from the movie. The show is from Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group.

The Field of Dreams series will be executive produced by Michael Schur (Fremulon), Lawrence Gordon (The Gordon Company), David Miner and Morgan Sackett. Schur will also write the series.
