Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman is set to join the FETV (Family Entertainment Television) lineup in the U.S. beginning September 24.

The series, originally run on CBS, stars Jane Seymour as a physician who moves from 1860s civilized Boston to the rough-hewn frontier town of Colorado Springs. FETV will run marathons of the show on September 24 and 25 before it takes its regular daily time slot.

Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman was created and executive produced by Beth Sullivan and ran for six seasons on CBS with a total of 150 episodes.

Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman is one of those unique television series that resonates with the whole family,” said Jaclyn Rann Cohen, executive VP of content acquisitions and strategy. “We are so pleased to bring a strong, female-driven Western to our lineup, where it will complement many other audience favorites.”
