Federation Presents Supernatural Thriller Premonitions

PARIS: Federation Entertainment has inked a deal with Canadian producer Encore Télévision for the new thriller series Premonitions, acquiring worldwide distribution rights outside of French-speaking Canada for the title.

Launching at MIPCOM, Premonitions focuses on the Jacob family members and their unique supernatural gifts which they try to conceal in order to live as “normal” people. The family is forced to leave Montreal and return to the small town of Beltane, a place they left 13 years ago after a series of mysterious events shocked the local inhabitants.

“Premonitions is a brilliant drama that builds on suspense and intrigue with each episode while at the same time offering a touching emotional journey with each member of this ‘gifted and cursed’ family. The series has already been a success since it launched on addik TV a few weeks ago and we are truly excited to present it to buyers at the upcoming market,” said Lionel Uzan, the managing director of Federation Entertainment.
