Electric Entertainment’s The Outpost Renewed for Third Season

Electric Entertainment’s fantasy-adventure series The Outpost has been renewed for a third run on The CW.

The series stars Jessica Green (Ash vs. Evil Dead), Jake Stormoen (Extinct), Imogen Waterhouse (Nocturnal Animals) and Anand Desai-Barochia (Emmerdale). The first season of the series follows Talon (Green) as she avenges the destruction of her village.

Season two (13×60 min.) picks up after Talon has defeated Dred and retaken the Outpost. Talon and Gwynn (Waterhouse) now prepare for war. Talon delves deeper into demon summoning, while Gwynn recruits allies. The Prime Order trinity known as “The Three” reveal mysterious powers as they send spies, assassins and a devastating weapon to the Outpost. As Talon uncovers the legacy of her people, she must decide who to trust, and separate her real friends from her enemies before the Prime Order attacks.

Dean Devlin, CEO of Electric Entertainment and an executive producer on the series, commented, “We are extremely excited about getting the opportunity to make another season of The Outpost. We’re grateful for the support The CW has given us and we’re thrilled to be able to bring another season to our amazing partners around the world. The show has proven to be a tremendous success and continues to build on an incredible fan base.”
