Eccho Rights has scored a raft of sales for several Swedish dramas with VOD platforms in Japan and South Korea.

Among the titles acquired by South Korea’s TVING is Threesome, which first premiered in August on Viaplay. Nicola Söderlund, managing partner at Eccho Rights, said, “Threesome has established itself as one of our most in-demand properties since winning universal critical acclaim in Sweden after its release earlier this year.”

TVING also picked up the female-led legal thriller Honour and the romantic comedy-drama Love Me.

In Japan, WOWOW acquired the blue-sky crime drama Hammarvik, created by novelist Camilla Läckberg. The series joins Honour, which WOWOW picked up over the summer.
