Video: Conspiracy of Silence’s Jens Hultén & Charlotte Brändström

Conspiracy of Silence star Jens Hultén and director Charlotte Brändström discuss how they approached the political thriller more like an eight-hour feature than a traditional TV series and the “cinematic experience” this affords viewers.

Conspiracy of Silence, which explores the murky world of the international arms trade, is coming to Viaplay across the Nordic region this year. The series stars Hultén (Mission: Impossible—Rogue Nation, Skyfall, the Johan Falk films) as a former weapons dealer forced into exile who returns to Sweden on a quest for vengeance. Brändström, known for her work on series such as Outlander, Madam Secretary, Colony and Tyrant, directs. The drama is produced by Brain Academy in cooperation with Twelve Town and distributed by Eccho Rights.
