New Raft of Whitstable Pearl Deals

Cineflix Rights has sealed a raft of deals for Whitstable Pearl, including in Canada, Spain and Japan.

Based on Julie Wassmer’s novels, all three seasons of the cozy crime series have been sold to Corus (Canada) for the French-language drama channel SériesPlus and RTS (Switzerland). Euskal Telebista-EBT (Spain) licensed seasons one and two. Warner Bros. Discovery acquired season one for its Italian service. NHK (Japan) picked up season two. SVT (Sweden), NRK (Norway), DR (Denmark) and TV 2 (Denmark) all acquired season three.

BBC Worldwide snapped up season three for its services covering Benelux and Asia, and NBCUniversal International Networks also took on season three for its pan-Africa networks.
