Calinos Sells Raft of Content to Mozambique’s TV Sucesso

Calinos Entertainment has sold 629 hours of programming to TV Sucesso, marking the first time that a free-to-air channel in Mozambique will air Turkish content.

Starting next week, TV Sucesso will include a daily three-hour program slot that will run three Turkish series acquired from Calinos. The deal with Calinos includes The Girl Named Feriha, A Love Story, Untold Truths and seasons one and two of That’s My Life and In Love Again. Ahead of the debut of the “Turkish Time Slot,” TV Sucesso rolled out special segments in its regular programming and through the internet with Facebook Lives.

Duda Rodrigues, sales manager for LatAm at Calinos Entertainment, said: “I am positive our product will support TV Sucesso to keep as a leader channel on the telenovela time slots. That is what makes the client invest in acquiring Turkish content.”
