Bedrock Sets Formula 1 Drama with Felicity Jones

Bedrock Entertainment and Formula 1 have partnered to produce the series One, starring and produced by Academy Award-nominated actor Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story).

The drama will focus on the ascension of a fictitious family-owned Formula 1 team as it contends with fierce personalities, ever-changing rivals and multimillion-dollar stakes. It marks Formula 1’s debut as a producer for a scripted series.

Pending the resolution of the WGA strike, Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby (Iron Man, Children of Men, The Expanse) will serve as writers and executive producers of the series. Executive producers are Tony To (Band of Brothers, The Pacific) and Dan Sackheim for Bedrock Entertainment and Philippe Maigret, president and managing director of ITV Studios America. Jones is producing through her Piecrust Pictures.
