Acorn TV Lines Up U.S. Premieres

SILVER SPRING: Acorn TV is set to launch the U.S. premieres of several drama series this month, including the crime title Umbre.

On November 9, Acorn TV will premiere the HBO Europe Romanian crime drama Umbre, while the BBC drama Mayday, starring Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones, The Wire) and Sophie Okonedo (Hotel Rwanda), will debut on November 23. In addition, the British thriller miniseries Black Work will make its U.S. premiere today.

Also this month on Acorn TV, viewers can watch the final three episodes of the newest season of the British dramedy Doc Martin, the second season of Line of Duty, and more.
