Bravo Orders First Scripted Event Series

Bravo Media has ordered its first scripted event series, All That Glitters, which will examine the rivalry and friendship between pop-culture and fashion icons Anna Wintour and Tina Brown.

The six-episode limited series comes from Universal Cable Productions and executive producers Gale Anne Hurd (The Walking Dead, The Terminator trilogy) and Judith Verno (Masters of Sex). Based on the award-winning book Newhouse by Thomas Maier, the series will present the story of the two strong women as they fight their way to the top of a male-dominated industry driven by greed and betrayal, and they each find new paths to change the world around them.

All That Glitters is written and executive produced by Lawrence Konner and Mark Rosenthal (Roots, Planet of the Apes), with Maier as producer. The series will be produced by Universal Cable Productions in association with Sony Pictures TV Entertainment.
