Blink49 Studios Signs First-Look Deal with Electric Avenue

Blink49 Studios has entered a two-year first-look producing agreement with Will Arnett’s Electric Avenue (Twisted Metal, Murderville) to develop a slate of scripted projects.

“Electric Avenue has consistently delivered smart, distinctive series with a strong creative point of view,” said Pancho Mansfield, president of global scripted television at Blink49 Studios. “This partnership reflects our focus on working with creators who take real tonal risks and build stories that resonate deeply with audiences.”

“Blink49 has built a reputation for backing bold ideas and giving creators the space to do their best work,” commented Arnett and fellow co-founder Marc Forman. “We’re excited to partner with a team that shares our appetite for taking bigger creative swings, championing unique voices from around the world and developing some of the most compelling emerging IP. We’re especially aligned in how we approach the global television business—finding inventive pathways and partnerships to getting ambitious shows greenlit.”

“Will and Marc have built a world-class production company with an exceptional track record and deep global relationships,” added Carolyn Newman, executive VP of global scripted television at Blink49 Studios. “Electric Avenue is exactly the kind of partner we want as we continue to grow a premium, creator-led scripted slate.”
