Great American Media Greenlights More Crossroad Springs

Great American Media has greenlit a second season of Crossroad Springs for 2026, as well as a one-hour holiday music special for this holiday season.

Crossroad Springs is reflective of Great American Media’s brand—faith-filled storytelling that celebrates families who respect, support and stand by one another, even when differences arise,” said Bill Abbott, president and CEO of Great American Media. “We made a commitment to uphold these values, and the success of storytelling through this lens is undeniable. We are excited to continue the journey with season two and look forward to working with our partners at BrainPower and Nicely Entertainment to bring even more hope-filled stories to our viewers.”

“We’re thrilled to continue the journey of Crossroad Springs with our amazing partners at Great American Media and Brain Power Studios,” added Vanessa Shapiro, CEO and founder of Nicely Entertainment. “The series has truly connected with audiences through its message of resilience and hope; we can’t wait to share more stories from the Hamilton family, starting with a heartwarming Christmas special later this year.”

The series, which broadcasts on Great American Pure Flix, Great American Family and GFAM+, features an ensemble cast led by Jonathan Stoddard, Emily Alatalo, Brittney Underwood, Shaun Johnston, Kate Drummond, Jesse Hutch, Jillian Cardarelli, Erin Agostino and Jon McLaren.

During MIPCOM, Nicely Entertainment confirmed the series’ first international sale to Benelux. Further territory deals are expected to come soon.

The holiday music special, Crossroad Springs Christmas, will star Stoddard and Cardarelli, who wrote and performed the title song for the series. The special will blend original music, classic carols and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

“Music is part of the emotional heartbeat of our show,” said Stoddard. “This Christmas special is our way to connect with fans in joy to celebrate faith, community and the beauty of the season.”

“Creating music for the show has been a blessing,” added Cardarelli. “We hope the Christmas special reflects the hope and warmth that make both Christmas and Crossroad Springs so endearing to our fans.”
