Acorn TV Casts for Brooke Shields Mystery Series

Acorn TV has added Amalia Williamson (Sullivan’s Crossing) and Tom Cavanagh (The Flash) to the cast of You’re Killing Me, a mystery series led and executive produced by Brooke Shields.

You’re Killing Me was created by Robin Bernheim (When Calls the Heart) alongside best-selling author Lee Goldberg. The mystery series is set to have six episodes and will debut on Acorn TV in 2026.

Set in a quaint New England colonial town, You’re Killing Me follows a bestselling novelist (Shields) who forms an unlikely alliance with an aspiring writer and podcaster (Williamson) to find the killer of a close friend.

You’re Killing Me is a co-production between Topsail Entertainment and Shaftesbury. Bernheim and Shields will executive produce alongside James Genn and Michael Volpe for Topsail and Christina Jennings and Scott Garvie for Shaftesbury.

Filming will begin this September in Nova Scotia, Canada.
