Korean Series The Worst of Evil for Disney+

The Korean crime-action series The Worst of Evil (w.t.), a Star original, is slated to debut exclusively on Disney+ in 2023.

Set in the 1980s, the series follows an investigative task force as its undercover officer infiltrates a criminal organization responsible for fueling the Korea, China and Japan drug trafficking triangle.

The Worst of Evil stars Ji Changwook (Backstreet Rookie, Suspicious Partner, Empress Ki), Wi Hajoon (Squid Game, 18 Again, Little Women) and Lim Semi (My Secret Terrius, Shopping King Louis). Han Dongwook (Man in Love) directs.

The series is the latest Korean title to be announced as part of the company’s goal to greenlight over 50 Asia-Pacific originals by 2023. Other Korean titles currently available on Disney+ include Big Mouth and Soundtrack #1.
