Netflix has unveiled more than ten new Korean Originals, from a new supernatural action drama to a romantic sci-fi series and a pair of returning favorites.

Among the new Korean original series is Extracurricular, which centers on high school students who become tangled in a series of conflicts and events that challenge human values and morality. Round Six tells the story of people defined by their failures, who receive a mysterious invitation to participate in a survival game to win millions of dollars. In The School Nurse Files, a new high school nurse makes discoveries with her supernatural ability to chase ghosts.

A new stand-up comedy special features Korean comedian Park Narae, Park Narae: Glamor Warning. It will join Netflix’s first Korean original variety show Busted, which has been renewed for a second season, on the slate. Also renewed for a second season is Kingdom, a drama that tells the story of a crown prince who’s fallen victim to a conspiracy and finds himself needing to save his people from a plague that renders the infected immune to death and hungry for flesh. My Holo Love is also headed to the platform, with details of further new Korean Original titles to be announced soon.

Rob Roy, VP of Content at Netflix APAC, said, “Asian content has found fans around the world transcending languages and borders, and we are humbled to work with some of the finest creators and talent here in Korea and all over the region. Whether it is a story about a Joseon crown prince saving his kingdom from zombies or a school nurse protecting students with her supernatural gift, each show is about how the TV form is helping to realize the artistic visions of Korean creators, and Netflix is honored to bring these stories to the world, bringing their creative visions to life on the screen.”
