Greg Berlanti’s YOU Moves to Netflix for Season Two

The drama series YOU, from executive producers and writers Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble, will return for a second season, this time as a Netflix global original.

The first season aired on Lifetime in the U.S. The series is based on the book of the same name by Caroline Kepnes. YOU is a 21st-century love story about an obsessive, yet brilliant twentysomething who uses the hyper-connectivity of today’s technology to make the woman of his dreams fall in love with him.

Season one launches on Netflix globally on December 26. It comes from Berlanti Productions, Man Sewing Dinosaur and Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Scripted Television.

The first season stars Penn Badgley, Elizabeth Lail, Luca Padovan, Zach Cherry and Shay Mitchell.
