5X Media Taps Berlanti Productions Alum

Ryan Lindenberg, who spent a decade at Berlanti Productions and later spent time at Picturestart, has joined 5X Media as a scripted partner and producer.

In his former posts, Lindenberg played a pivotal role in developing and producing series such as The CW’s Riverdale, Netflix’s You and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and NBC’s Blindspot. At 5X, he has been given a wide creative purview and will play a major role in the company’s continuing expansion in international TV and film.

His focus will be on producing scripted television and developing and producing for the feature and digital arenas, while also collaborating with managers worldwide, securing formats and participating in sales.

Lindenberg will work in tandem with co-CEO Alon Shtruzman to develop originals and format-based scripted projects to sell internationally across traditional media and new emerging platforms.
