TLC to Air Table for 12

NEW YORK: The new TLC series Table for 12 looks at a family who has three sets of multiples, totaling ten children, and traces the daily experiences of the bunch.

The series, which launches on March 23 at 10 p.m., follows Eric and Betty Hayes, parents of 12-year-old twins, 10-year-old twins and 4-year-old sextuplets, one of which was born with cerebral palsy. With their hands-on approach to parenting, they have raised their children to assist with daily chores and have taught them to help take care of one another. Each half-hour episode will air at 9 p.m. in the subsequent weeks.

"There is an ongoing fascination with large families," states Nancy Daniels, the senior VP of production and development for TLC. "The Hayes family is truly inspirational and the strong bond they share as they tackle everyday obstacles as a large family is captivating to watch."
