Lionsgate has sold Lionsgate Play, its streaming platform in Southeast Asia, to Rohit Jain, who has built and scaled the service in the region over the past eight years as president of Lionsgate Play Asia.

Lionsgate has signed a multifaceted deal with Millennium Media for the rights to develop and produce all derivative works of The Expendables franchise, as well as worldwide distribution rights to John Rambo, the sixth installment of the Rambo film series.

Brian Goldsmith has re-upped as COO of Lionsgate, with oversight of corporate management issues, M&A activities, strategic partnerships and investments.
