Strix Names Creative Director for Denmark

COPENHAGEN: Martin Abildgaard has been tapped to lead the development of TV formats aimed at the international market for Strix Denmark as its creative director.

He previously served as the head of development/executive producer at Mastiff, TV2 and Strix Television. Abildgaard most recently served as the creative director and partner at Bungalow 8.

Calle Jansson, the CEO of Strix, said: "Strix Denmark is a very important part of Strix’s total business. During his previous time with us Martin demonstrated his enormous contribution to both the local business and the company as a whole. He is now even more experienced and this will be of great benefit to us.”

Abildgaard added: "I put storytelling and production value first and that’s why it’s nice to be back at Strix, with it’s skilled staff and international network.”
