STAR Names Ad Sales SVP

HONG KONG, October 25: Karen Davidson has been appointed
senior VP of advertising sales at STAR, reporting to Bruce A. Oltchick, the
company’s executive VP of advertising sales, distribution and marketing.

Based in Hong Kong, Davidson will oversee STAR’s advertising
sales activities for Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand,
Indonesia and the Philippines. She will develop and implement advertising sales
strategies and provide integrated marketing opportunities and value-adding
initiatives to forge partnerships with advertisers. She is also responsible for
the sponsorship, research, traffic and presentation divisions at STAR.

Prior to joining STAR, she was VP of integrated sales and
marketing of Fox Cable Networks.
