SPTI Elevates Kim Hatamiya

CULVER CITY, October 24: Sony Pictures Television
International has upped Kim Hatamiya to executive VP of marketing.

Operating out of Culver City, Hatamiya heads
marketing for the Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) division that oversees all
television and on-demand businesses outside of the U.S. Hatamiya’s oversight
includes all strategic marketing, advertising, publicity, talent relations,
promotions, on-air and off-air creative services, interactive and Internet
marketing, and research. She reports directly to SPTI’s president, Michael
Grindon.

Hatamiya joined SPTI in April 2003 as SVP of
marketing. Prior to joining SPTI, she served as SVP and general manager of
television and film for the Los Angeles-based Mindrocket Media/JP Kids.
