Spike Orders More Auction Hunters

NEW YORK: A second season has been slated for the Spike TV original series Auction Hunters, with 20 new episodes ordered.

The first season of eight episodes wraps with a season finale on December 21. No date has been announced for the new season. The show’s weekly average is around 1.1 million viewers, with viewership increasing its week.

The show follows Allen Haff, a second-generation antiques dealer and collector, and Ton Jones, a self-described hobbyist, as they explore the cutthroat world of storage-unit auctions.

"Ton and Allen are the very best in the storage-unit auction business and our audience has embraced their ingenuity and unique personalities," said Sharon Levy, Spike TV’s executive VP of original series and animation.
