SIVOO Ramps Up Chinese-Language Offerings

PHILADELPHIA, October 30: BroadRelay Holdings’ SIVOO
broadband network specializing in on-demand, multicultural content, has signed
deals with Tai Seng Entertainment, Shanghai Media Group and China International
TV Corp., adding more than 1,000 hours of Chinese-language content to its
offerings.

SIVOO will offer 650 hours of entertainment and lifestyle
television programming from Shanghai Media Group, 28 hours of shows from China
International TV Corp., including the popular Club series, plus 200 films from Tai Seng Entertainment.
All programming will be available on a pay-per-view basis through any web
browser. Alternatively, consumers can choose to view ad-supported television
programming free of charge.

"We are extremely excited about the growth and
potential of the Internet TV market," said Burhan Fatah, SIVOO's founder,
president and CEO. "Independent research firm e-Marketer, in a
just-released study, predicted that online video advertising spending will grow
to $2.35 billion by 2010, up from $385 million in 2006. We see a tremendous
opportunity for SIVOO as well as our programming and advertising partners.”
