Shed Acquires Screentime Partners

LONDON, September 28: British independent Shed Productions,
producers of Footballers Wives, has acquired
London-based distributor Screentime Partners.

According to published reports, Shed is shelling out £2
million in cash for Screentime Partners, with a further £1 million dependent on
Screentime's performance to June 30, 2008.
