Shannen Doherty to Star in New Reality Series

NEW YORK: WE tv has greenlit a new eight-part reality series that follows actress Shannen Doherty of Beverly Hills, 90210 fame.

The show, tentatively titled The Shannen Doherty Project, will follow the Charmed star’s relationship with photographer Kurt Iswarienko. The series will feature the couple’s wedding preparations, a house tragedy that may end in lawsuits and the next chapter of Doherty’s career.

Production is set to begin in August, for a premiere in the first quarter of 2012 on WE tv. RelativityREAL and No Apologies Productions are producing the show for WE tv.
