Series Mania Forum Unveils Buyers Upfront Selection

Series Mania Forum has announced the ten titles to be showcased during the invitation-only Buyers Upfront, which will be held on March 23.

We’re confident the initiative will help distributors accelerate international sales. With the Buyers Upfront, we continue to strengthen our position as the must-attend spring event for the scripted community, from creation to global distribution.”

Among the selected titles are Alice, produced by France’s Wild Bunch and Ligne de Front, Belgium’s Panache Productions and La Compagnie Cinématographie and Canada’s Sphere Media; Blind, a Swiss series from OneGate Media; Counsels, a U.K. drama produced by Balloon Entertainment, ZDF NEO, BBC and BBC Scotland and represented by All3Media International; Gnomes, from Screen Invaders and Total Fiction and sold by Happy Accidents; and In Vitro, a Spanish drama distributed by Beta Film and produced by Moiré Films, Rodar y Rodar and Bullfrog Pictures, in co-production with 3Cat and with the participation of HBO Max.

The other five titles are Lost and Found, from Empire of Arkadia, Mocha Chai Laboratories and TV MAN UNION; Number 10, produced by Hartswood Films and sold by ITV Studios; R91, produced by Next Episode and represented by SND Groupe M6; The Dark Book: The Secrets of the Egerias (w.t.), from Studio TF1; and The Traitor Within, produced by Miso Film Norge and distributed by Fremantle.
