Second Season in the Works for Disney XD’s Pair of Kings

BURBANK: Production is under way on a sophomore season of Pair of Kings, which Disney XD will roll out later this year. 

The live-action comedy-adventure series was Disney XD’s number one show of 2010 with kids 6 to 14, 6 to 11, 9 to 14 and boys 6 to 11. Season two follows fraternal twins and royal heirs Boomer and Brady on their quest to successful reign over a quirky island nation. The brothers are more confident in their role as kings this time around, but do frequently find themselves over their heads and realizing that there’s still a lot to learn about the unique island mythology. 

The show also scored on DisneyXD.com with its popular spinoff game Wild Island Rampage, with more than 1.5 million total game plays. Four additional themed games for the series will be launched throughout the year, beginning with Super Surf Scramble.
