S-VOX Expands Management Team

TORONTO, June 3: Canada’s
S-VOX, whose services include the multi-faith, multicultural broadcaster
VisionTV, has appointed Mark Prasuhn as chief content officer and Peter Miller
to the role of COO, effective immediately.

In his new role, Prasuhn,
who was previously S-VOX’s COO and senior VP of programming, will now be
responsible for programming all five of the company’s broadcast services, as
well as overseeing the development and delivery of content on its digital
platforms. In addition, he will chair S-VOX’s production and distribution arm,
VisionTV International. Prasuhn has been a key member of S-VOX's executive
management since joining the company in 2001, and led the launches of One: the
Body, Mind & Spirit channel and The Christian Channel. He has served as COO
since November 2001 and assumed responsibility for programming in March 2007.

Miller, an industry
veteran with 20 years of broadcast and telecommunications experience, will
oversee the Toronto-based organization’s technical operations and broadcast
systems, advertising sales, business development, legal, marketing and
communications and affiliate relations functions. Miller previously held
private practice and executive roles at CHUM Limited and the Canadian
Association of Broadcasters.

The appointments follow
S-VOX's recent acquisition of the local over-the-air stations CHNU-TV in
Vancouver and CIIT-TV in Winnipeg. These new properties join the stable of
existing S-VOX channels: VisionTV, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in
September, and the digital TV services One: the Body, Mind & Spirit channel
and The Christian Channel.
