Revenues Up 7.8 Percent at Univision

LOS ANGELES, November 3: U.S. Hispanic broadcaster Univision
Communications has reported third-quarter revenues of $536.1 million, a
7.8-percent gain on the same period last year, delivering a pro forma net
income of $96.8 million, a 22.2-percent increase.

The television division generated revenues of $394.2
million, representing growth of 14.8 percent. The 2006 FIFA World Cup contributed
an estimated $24.7 million of incremental net revenue.

A. Jerrold Perenchio, the chairman and CEO of Univision,
noted, "This was another successful quarter for Univision, as reflected in
our strong financial performance and continuing ratings leadership. We are very
pleased with the momentum we are experiencing in the key areas of our business,
as we continue to benefit from the strength of our assets and the rapidly
increasing interest in Spanish-language media in the U.S. We remain on track to
complete the previously announced sale of Univision during the first quarter of
2007."
