Retirement Living TV Taps G4 Founder as Chief Creative Officer

COLUMBIA, August 13: Charles Hirschhorn, founder of the G4
channel now owned by Comcast, has been appointed as chief creative officer for
Retirement Living TV, with responsibility for all programming, production and
marketing at the network.

Hirschhorn launched G4: Videogame Television in 2002 and led
the acquisition of Tech TV in 2004. He helmed the service until 2005. Prior to
G4, Hirschhorn spent 10 years at The Walt Disney Company in various management
roles in motion pictures, television and animation. He began at Disney as VP of
production and went on to serve as president of Walt Disney Television and
Television Animation. Before joining Disney, he was VP of development for FOX
Broadcasting, where he helped launch the FOX network.

"Having been involved in the launch of FOX and G4, I
think Retirement Living TV represents another great programming opportunity for
an underserved demographic," said Hirschhorn.

Launched in September 2006, Retirement Living TV is the only
television network dedicated to people aged 55 and older, the fastest-growing
and soon to be largest demographic in the U.S.
