LONDON: Parthenon Entertainment has sold 50 hours of programming to broadcasters in the Middle East, including the Al Jazeera Documentary channel.

Al Jazeera Documentary went for 28 hours of programming, including 21 Century Elephant, Animal Survivors, Is that Skunk? and Catching the Impossible. SNRT, the national broadcaster of Morocco, picked up a package of 21 hours, including Baby Planet, Wolverine, Ancient Tides and Planet Wild.

Andrea Zarzecki, the sales manager at Parthenon Entertainment, said: “We constantly strive to offer the best programming for a variety of territories. These deals demonstrate the strength of our catalogue and our ability to work with Middle East broadcasters whose needs often differ greatly from those of Western Europe and U.S. territories.”
