Ovation TV to Re-Launch in June

SANTA MONICA, April 30: Ovation TV, the only 24-hour U.S.
cable network devoted exclusively to the arts and personal creativity, will
re-launch in conjunction with its premiere on DIRECTV on June 20, with plans to
initiate an aggressive multiplatform strategy across its linear channel,
broadband and VOD platforms.

Launched in 1997, Ovation TV showcases the world's greatest
artists in theater, dance, opera, literature, film, visual and fine art, music,
popular arts, design, photography and architecture. In August 2006, Ovation TV
was acquired by Hubbard Media Group and a group of other private investors,
including Arcadia Investment Partners, Corporate Partners II, Perry Capital,
and The Weinstein Company.

After launching nationally on DIRECTV, Ovation TV will reach
nearly 15 million subscribers, and has master distribution agreements in place
with most major cable operators.

In addition, the channel is forging partnerships with
leading educational organizations and cultural institutions to access locally
relevant content that will be made available through VOD and the Internet.
Among the educational organizations Ovation TV has secured partnerships with
are New York City's acclaimed The Harlem School of the Arts and Los Angeles'
ambitious P.S. ARTS. The channel's website, OvationTV.com, will also serve
creative consumers by aggregating information from cultural institutions around
the country as well as providing forums for discussion, discovery, and sharing
creative passions.

"Ovation TV is capitalizing on a combination of multiple
distribution platforms to reach a large audience who appreciates programming
that fulfills their artistic and creative passions," said Ron Garfield,
the COO of Ovation TV. "We will provide our customers with unique access
to that hard-to-reach 'creative class'—discerning consumers who are
passionate about art and personal creativity, who are educated and who have
discretionary income. We are in a unique position to develop 360-degree
partnerships that create programming and cross-promotional opportunities
between our distribution and advertising customers, cultural institutions,
educational organizations and Ovation TV."
