Outright Lands Deals on Flame TV Content

LONDON: Outright Distribution has scored international sales for three titles from the Flame TV catalogue: Dickens’ Secret Lover, The World of Stupid Criminals and The Incredible Shrinking Boy.

The one-hour Dickens’ Secret Lover reveals the truth behind the novelist’s secret love affair and considers the impact it had on his writing. It has been sold to APT in the U.S. for syndication to public TV stations and the Viasat pay-TV channels in Scandinavia and Central and Eastern Europe and has also been picked up by Foxtel for Australia and New Zealand.

The World of Stupid Criminals, which features shocking clips and dramatic reconstructions, has been acquired by Fox Reality Channel in the U.S. The series has also sold to TVN in Poland, Nelonen in Finland, Prime in New Zealand, Globosat in Brazil and Planete Justice in France.

Following the journey of a 12-year-old boy who’s on a mission to drop a tremendous amount of weight, The Incredible Shrinking Boy has been sold to Channel Nine in Australia, TV Norge in Norway, Media Ad Infinitum in Belgium, TV4’s Fakta channel in both Sweden and Finland, Yes-DBS in Israel, Al Jazeera in the Middle East and Prime in New Zealand.
