Original British Version of The Office Now Available on iTunes

LONDON: For the first time on iTunes, all episodes of the BBC Worldwide series The Office are available to purchase and download in the U.K., the U.S., Australia, Canada, France and Germany.

The U.K. original series written by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant that launched in 2001 is now celebrating its 10th anniversary. Seasons one, two and The Office Christmas specials will become available to purchase and download from iTunes. The series has been sold by BBC Worldwide to 170 territories in 88 countries and has been remade in eight of them.

Gervais said: "It’s been the most amazing 10 years of my life. Who’d have thought mucking around at work and watching docu-soaps through the ’90s would be so lucrative.”
