ORF Announces Lineup for MIPTV

VIENNA, April 3: The
Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) will offer international buyers at
MIPTV a range of fictional and factual titles, as well as two new formats: Rock
Diaries (for mobile) and Musical.

Polly—The Series is on ORF’s slate. The show follows a lively
gossip columnist who is divorced and has a teenage daughter. The crime series Fast
Forward, about a divorced single
mother who is a successful investigator, will also be on offer.

From the UNIVERSUM
catalogue are Time Limits,
which uses real-time images and computer animation to explore the perception of
time; Tasmania—Paradise at the End of the World, which brings viewers into the lush landscapes of
Cradle Mountain National Park; EURO 2008—The Green Stadium, which looks at the animal life in and around the
stadium where the finals for the Euro 2008 in Austria will take place; and Death
at Dawn, a historical documentary
centered on the most modern battleship of the Austro-Hungarian empire.
