November Sweeps Highlights from ABC

BURBANK: ABC has unveiled the highlights of its upcoming November sweeps programming lineup, which includes the drama series Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice and FlashForward, along with new comedies Modern Family and Cougar Town. 

Throughout sweeps, Jimmy Kimmel Live will present a star-powered lineup of guests that includes Charlize Theron, Paris Hilton, Dominic Monaghan, Pamela Anderson, John Stamos, Charles Barkley, Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson, Manny Pacquiao and the winner of Dancing with the Stars. In an unprecedented event, all three leading stars of The Twilight Saga: New Moon—Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner—will join Kimmel for an all-Twilight episode.

V kicks off with its pilot episode on November 3. The show follows as huge spaceships simultaneously appear in more than 29 cities around the world, carrying the Visitors (or Vs) who promote a message of peace. The week also features new episodes of Castle, The Forgotten, Hank, The Middle, Modern Family, Cougar Town, Eastwick and FlashForward. Capping off the week are further episodes of Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, Ugly Betty, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters.
