Nick Northern Europe Appoints Programming, Acquisitions Director

LONDON: Victor Coolman has been promoted to director of programming and acquisitions at Nickelodeon North, overseeing the content at 15 branded channels across Northern Europe.

Previously in charge of programming and acqiusitions in Benelux and Scandinavia, Coolman now adds to his remit Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He reports to Patrick Alders, the senior VP of Nickelodeon North.

"I am very happy to have Victor taking over more and very important functions in developing our programming and acquisitions at Nickelodeon North," Alders said. "He started over 6 years ago at MTV Networks and through his recent roles in our company he is a definite Nickelodeon aficionado, the most proper assignment for this position."
