Nick Jr. Picks Up Yo Gabba Gabba!

NEW YORK, January 22: Nick Jr. has announced the pickup of Yo
Gabba Gabba!, a new half-hour live-action
preschool series for launch on the block this fall.

Produced by The Magic Store and W!LDBRAIN, Yo Gabba
Gabba! will commence production in April.
Starring host DJ Lance Rock (Lance Robertson) and a cluster of puppet
characters, the 20-episode live-action magazine-style series will use
beat-driven music and songs to highlight simple life lessons and universal
experiences in the lives of preschoolers.

"Yo Gabba Gabba! puts
the funk in preschool," said Brown Johnson, the executive VP and executive
creative director at Nickelodeon Preschool. "The Magic Store and W!LDBRAIN
have created a hip, inventive and one-of-a-kind music series which furthers

entertainment."
