New Spike Series to Feature Nightlife Consultant Jon Taffer

NEW YORK: The new series Bar Rescue, which features failing nightlife establishments given a chance for transformation with the help of consultant Jon Taffer, is to premiere on Spike TV on July 17 in a 10 p.m. slot.

The series will feature one bar per each episode across cities such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and Philadelphia. The establishments will undergo an overhaul thanks to Taffer, one of the top restaurant and bar consultants. Taffer will provide help in business facets such as running a bar, creating a profitable menu as well as music selection, managing crowds and dealing with employees.

The 10×1-hour series is produced by 3 Ball Productions/Eyeworks US.
